Who we are
Spokane Dryer Vent Pro connects homeowners and property managers with independent local dryer vent professionals. We are a referral service and do not perform the work ourselves. Service providers are independent businesses responsible for their own work, pricing, licensing and insurance.
Information we collect
When you submit our quote form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, city, optional street address and message. We also record which page you submitted the form from. When you call the number on this site, the call may be routed through a call-tracking service that records your phone number, call time and duration, and calls may be recorded for quality and lead-verification purposes.
Like most websites, we may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that collect standard technical information like your browser type, pages visited and approximate location, using cookies or similar technologies.
How we use and share it
We use your information to respond to your request and to connect you with an independent local dryer vent professional. By submitting a request, you agree that we may share your contact details and request with one or more such providers so they can contact you about your service. We do not sell your information to data brokers.
We use service providers to operate the site, including form processing (Formspree), hosting (Cloudflare), call tracking and analytics. They process data on our behalf.
Retention
We keep request information only as long as needed to handle your request, measure lead quality and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or ask that we stop contacting you, by using the contact form and noting “privacy request.” Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
